Pourquoi ce role est-il important?
As the Senior Manager of the Digital Experience Strategy team, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving the execution and optimization of our PC Optimum™ business. You will own the strategy that powers our most important enterprise programs and our foundational PC Optimum digital experience, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our members and business partners today.
This role requires a leader who excels at translating strategy into flawless execution. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of major programs and oversee the health of the core PC Optimum digital experience, acting as a key partner to stakeholders across the enterprise.
What You'll Do:
1. Enterprise Program & Campaign Management:
Define the digital strategy and oversee the end-to-end execution for all marquee enterprise and loyalty programs, including PC Optimum Moredays, Stamp Card, Kids, and PC Insiders.
Develop and present program strategies and performance updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
Drive our editorial planning process for these events, working proactively with other lines of business and e-commerce teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey across our app.
Oversee the content production lifecycle, working closely with our Creative team to ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
Be accountable for KPIs, including weekly engaged users (WEU) and content engagement, and regularly report on program performance to the broader team and our stakeholders.
Identify insights to shape the strategies of future programs.
2. PC Optimum Core Experience:
Own the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of the core PC Optimum digital experience, overseeing and evolving the member journey that millions of Canadians rely on.
Oversee the creative quality and performance of the PC Optimum offer feed, proactively partnering with divisional teams to provide guidance and best practices that improve their offers and drive engagement.
Own the content and user experience quality of all core PC Optimum pages within the app, collaborating closely with Product and Technology partners to identify improvements. Ensure all technical and customer experience issues are raised with our Product and Tech teams; collaborate with those teams on prioritizing issues so they can be resolved.
3. Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and develop team members who are responsible for the PC Optimum core business and enterprise campaigns.
Act as a "player-coach," providing clear direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment.
Champion operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the team to find smarter, more efficient ways to achieve our business objectives.
